So, I finally gave in and joined the Pinterest world. And its fabulous!! I'm totally addicted. I have a bad habit of finding inspiration on my daily blogs, pulling the photo off into some random folder on my desktop and then forgetting about it. Not anymore...enter Pinterest, which catalogs all of my images into separate inspiration boards. The one above is for a fiesta rehearsal dinner in Texas I'm working on, and I can't tell you the difference it makes to see everything all together. Definitely check it out!

I have seen a boom in the baby category lately, with announcements, showers, thank you notes, and like my post from yesterday, baptism/christening invites. Ok I'm definitely not a foodie by any means but...sometimes I make something and I think "Gah...I need to share this with someone!" Thats how I feel about this chopped greek salad. Have you ever had a day like I had today? Where you started off good, maybe an english muffin or oatmeal for breakfast, had a wretched lean cuisine for lunch, then fell for the afternoon treat at work? (In my case, this was a FABULOUS totally-worth-it oreo cupcake with the perfect little swirl of cream cheese icing....I digress) So for dinner tonight, Joe and I decided to make salads (in our new salad bowls, duh!). We love all things greek/mediterranean so we were down with this delicious but healthy salad. It's one of our favorites, hope it becomes one of yours also! Enjoy!

A Blessed Event

Happy Monday everyone! Hope y'all had a wonderful weekend. Today I'm sharing a recent invitation that was actually one of the design options that was not picked as the final... but I thought it deserved a little love : ) My customer was looking for an invitation to suit both the baptism of her little girl, and the christening of her little boy, followed by a reception at their home. How sweet! This was one of the options I came up with, showing a church surrounded by little trees and even a few little sheep. And a copper and mint color scheme yessssss! The envelope liners feature a crosshatch plaid, and as always, liners are designed/printed/cut/glued by yours truly. I'll share the final design in an upcoming post. Y'all have a great week!!
